Wisemen Multimedia LLC (Wisemen) is partnering with individuals and organizations in finance, construction, technology, media, sports, and more to bring site #1 in our planned development of 300 to fruition. We are leveraging technology to streamline construction processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs, targeting a market with growing demand for innovative solutions, the amateur sports and independent entertainment industry.
Our Mission. Help youths succeed by narrowing the participation gap in team sports for households with less than $100K in annual income, building a bridge to professional careers for youths, and economic development and job creation through tourism and events.
Our Vision. To provide a symphony of sports, retail, office space, people, processes, technology, assets, and intellectual property framed within the economic stability of private company and city partnerships that is not easily found elsewhere. This project creates new value as we are fulfilling an unmet business and community need in multiple fast-growing industries—amateur sports and independent entertainment. We also know a mixed-use office project will work in markets all across America.
Traction and Validation. We aim to show Sports are great for youth development. More than 97% of student athletes graduated high school, 10% higher than those students who had never participated in sports. Athletes were also shown to have better G.P.A. outcomes than non-athletes. However, household income plays a significant role in participation. Only 28% of youths 13-17 living in homes with an income under $25,000 consistently played sports, compared to 47% in homes with incomes over $100,000. COVID-19 widened the participation gap due to family finances and safety concerns.
EXE Sports™ at Ranger’s Speedway™ is the only non-pay-to-play mixed-use amateur sports entertainment district with a locally tailored lineup of competitive sports, a focus on youth development, and a solid formula for large scale commercial success. By lowering total cost of construction and long-term operations using our Green Steel™ construction system, we can reinvest in the on-site programs in marketing, advertising, outreach, governance, compliance, and oversight. Court, field, track, hotel and other feature operators can walk into a finished, technologically advanced turn-key operation requiring zero investment and only a monthly lease much like an office lease. Combined with 150,000 RSF of office space atop the sports arena we have a formula for success for our team and all of the teams that play. We will require operators to organize and pay teams so that youths are doing more than just pouring their hearts out on the fields. They will be paid and potentially have NIL opportunities.
